Life Flight Called After Serious US 90 Crash
The use of Life Flight indicates that emergency responders were dealing with a potentially severe injury.
When someone is critically injured in a highway collision, the immediate priority is medical treatment. At the same time, a serious crash should be carefully investigated so the injured person and family can understand how the collision happened and whether another driver, company, vehicle problem, or roadway condition contributed.
Because the investigation remains preliminary, it would be premature to attribute this crash to speeding, distracted driving, unsafe lane changes, following too closely, impairment, or another specific cause.
Evidence After a Serious Crosby Car Accident
A major injury crash can involve evidence that may become harder to obtain as time passes.
Potentially important evidence may include:
Dashcam footage
Traffic-camera or nearby surveillance video
Photographs and videos from the scene
Witness statements
Harris County Sheriff's Office crash reports
Vehicle event-data recorder information
Cell phone records when distraction is suspected
Vehicle damage and roadway evidence
911 and dispatch records
