Two 77-year-old McKinney residents were killed in a collision involving a Hyundai and BMW at Custer Road and Bedford Road. One person died and at least three others were injured, including two firefighters, after an early morning house fire in Fort Worth on Thursday. Fort Worth firefighters responded around 2:45 a.m. to a home on Avenue J near Little Street, southeast of downtown. Heavy flames were reportedly coming from the front of the house when crews arrived. Firefighters removed two people from the home. One victim was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was transported by helicopter to a hospital.
